Payments:
Cancellations:
- Payments are made via Venmo (@Kara-DeVriendt) on a bi-monthly or monthly basis ahead of scheduled tutoring sessions.
- If the client is dissatisfied with the tutoring services, they may cancel at anytime but will not be refunded for any sessions.
- Initial and subsequent parent meetings to discuss progress or make modifications to the tutoring plan will be billed at the same rate as the tutoring sessions.
Cancellations:
- If the tutor has to cancel, the tutoring session will be made-up, refunded, or the payment can be used for a future unpaid tutoring session.
- If the client has to cancel, the tutor should be notified at least 6 hours in advance. A make-up session can be arranged or payment forwarded to another session.
- If the client does not show up for a session without notice, the payment will not be refunded or used toward another session.
